In fact it mostly consists of background noises like beeps and vehicle sounds. That's probably because it's supposed to be some sort of futuristic background music. It isn't something that I would normally listen to but I guess it goes well with the atmosphere of the game. ![]() ![]() "A whole fantasy world" (by Zeugma, 28 Nov 2002) [8/10] Mirsoft's MoM MIDI archive covers the whole soundtrack of the game. Here you'll find virtually all the fantasy themes played when casting spells, meeting Wizards and conquering the world. Great rip ! NOTE : The files are NOT corrupted !! Some soundcards are not able to read this MIDI format. ![]() ![]() "Synth music at its best :)" (by Zeugma, 28 Nov 2002) [10/10] The Crusader MOD rip sounds exactly like the music of the game, which means GREAT synthetic action music ! How many times have I listened to "Mission 1" ?? It's just impossible to tell !!! ![]() ![]() "Big archive => great tunes" (by Zeugma, 28 Nov 2002) [9/10] The CT archive is one of the biggest archives in MIRSOFT, but don't be intimidated : the contents are worth downloading it ! Here you'll find great arrangments and remixes of virtually every theme of the game. The CT MOD archive is something Y. Mitsuda should be proud of ! ![]() ![]() "rippy soundtrack" (by marky, 27 Nov 2002) [8/10] Nice rip.. just needs a few fixes the maintance one doesn't work!! ![]() ![]() "Simply marvellous" (by Flash, 27 Nov 2002) [9/10] Megaman 2 was one of the first Nintendo games I ever played and it rocked more than any other game. The music in this pack is awesome and definitely deserves at least 9 points. I can recognize every track and they all are great, just like in the original game. There are some remixes and some that sound exactly like the ones in the game. ![]() ![]() "Original Creations" (by Ville Nurmi, 25 Nov 2002) [9/10] The Star Control 2 tunes contain a wide range of styles all of which are executed in a most oldschool MOD way. Most, if not all, tunes show good imagination from the composers. The tunes are fun to listen to. Some highlights among the tunes: Hyperspace, Orbit, Commander. ![]() ![]() "Repetitive Music" (by Ville Nurmi, 25 Nov 2002) [4/10] The Eye of the Beholder MODs are not really very original. The tunes mostly repeat one idea. The only nice exception is the beginning of the title music. ![]() ![]() "Nice Ambient Music" (by Ville Nurmi, 25 Nov 2002) [7/10] The Dungeon Master 2 tunes seem very ambientish to me. Nice environmental sounds add to the feeling the tunes create. Works as background music but is a bit on the dead side for active listening. ![]() ![]() "Castlevania" (by Martin, 25 Nov 2002) [8/10] this have a lot of speed to it as you can imagine... something i like ;) there is music from a lot of different games from castlevania... but it's Defenatly worth downloading even if you are on a Stupid Dialup Modem :) ![]() ![]() "legend of legaia" (by hunted, 24 Nov 2002) [10/10] this kicks @$$ ![]() ![]() "1337 mod musix" (by Flash, 24 Nov 2002) [7/10] The main reason for downloading this music pack was the menu song. I haven't played this game for a long time but I was hoping I'd recognize at least some of the tunes. Unfortunately I only recognized one: the menu song. The drums in it are wicked and the bass line is just great, and the horn sample goes extremely well with them. In my opinion, the menu song is the best tune in the pack but most of the other tracks are great too. I talked about this game with a friend a while ago and he said "jazz jackrabbit has 1337 mod musix". ![]() ![]() "~Music From Final Fantasy 3~" (by Jen, 22 Nov 2002) [10/10] FF3 Music : I downloaded the ff3 file from the first link, I extracted all of the files to the desk top.. they are all the same from the file that I opened them from, they don\'t read as playable..could you email me and tell me how to fix this? I\'ll try the other links, thanks so much! =D! :) and I\'ll email to you if they work, here\'s my email addy jenniferthor44@mail.com ty:)! ![]() ![]() "Super Street fighter 2" (by Favor, 20 Nov 2002) [9/10] I mainly downloaded this file because it brought me memorys of the good old days, and I reckon the music from the old street fighters are much better then the new 1s. ![]() ![]() "Versatile" (by Powershoes, 18 Nov 2002) [9/10] The Lemmings soundtrack is, needless to say, very cute. ^_^ Some songs are really enjoyable to kill Lemmings to, as to the almost monotonous happiness in each composition. Ahem :) As for the variants for each game, the ideas stay the same. The game lacks in sound quite a bit in the console versions, with the cheesy samples and poor use of effects :S, but the original makes an INSANE use of AdLib... It's truly amazing to listen to the instrumental variations and complexities. ![]() ![]() "Technically Advanced" (by Powershoes, 18 Nov 2002) [9/10] This set of tracks represent the versatility of Epic Megagames trackers. The samples are pristine, and the tracking professes awesome use of effects. Melodies are catchy and the composition is comfortably complex. Definite A+!!! ![]() ![]() "perfect work" (by wizard, 17 Nov 2002) [10/10] this soundtrack is very well ripped ![]() ![]() "bad M12.wav" (by wizard, 17 Nov 2002) [9/10] this song is badly ripped, please can you fix it, it cycles to infinity after about 20 seconds ![]() ![]() "time runner" (by papito, 17 Nov 2002) [10/10] muy bacano ![]() ![]() "phantasy star online" (by starboy, 14 Nov 2002) [10/10] there is noyhfgblaknhbakln g..
