  • "Fairly good, but. . ." (by Flavouredspine, 28 May 2005) [8/10]
Hey the music was really good. Although I had to resave the files through modplug cos they sounded different. But good work anyway!

  • "almost....." (by johnny, 22 Jun 2005) [7/10]
I figured that since this music was ripped from the game then it should sound identical to the music in the game, but, even though it has the same sound and all, it sounds like someone has tampered with it. ie. the melodies are a little different and such. Still sounds good though, but not quite the same.

  • "wait..." (by johnny, 22 Jun 2005) [9/10]
you can mostly ignore my previous post... if you use Mod Plug to play the songs, then they sound much better!!

  • "Jetaudio...wow!" (by ghghgh, 15 Jul 2005) [8/10]
try also jetaudio the latest version, mods work grear there typically lke the original for most of the files.it works great also with midi.

  • "Try OpenMPT" (by Bared, 29 Nov 2005) [2/10]
    Try OpenMPT (if u'ld like)
I use it 2 play .IT, .S3M, MOD etc - IT files play nicely
But u can also edit them...

Note about this music set: Not all music is there, also the music to the alien episode of the first level is incomplete (Correct me if im wrong).
I was also able to run this game on my current system with DosBox.

Sorry, im just one of those people that writes alot of useless information and writes extremly long posts. Im also one of those people that expects the best, and gives poor ratings.

  • "....." (by Bared, 6 Jan 2006) [3/10]

Other tools

Generate info.txt - with this cool feature you can generate the info.txt file with all tune information and save it somewhere, which means you'll have something like "tune ID card"! :) This has cool advantages - it's small, fastly readable/editable, you can add it to the tune archive if you want and you will have everytime fast information about the game and music archive. Also programs which support reading from txt files (such as KBMedia Player) can read the info.txt file directly while playing tunes of all formats!
