I've turned the web upside down, and looked under every cyber-stone I could find for Pokemon music. And, I came up with this. I was so excited to finally find some! But... all that excitement was lost as soon as I heard the music, folks. It could've at least been more like the game. Ah well, at least you can still tell what each track is. But still, I'd rather go through the trouble of finding the specific song in the game and holding that little mono speaker to my ear. 7th Guest, The: Game rip "For fans" (by NaughtyD, 10 Aug 2004) [10/10] These midi's were great, I almost felt as if I was playing the game! Killer Instinct Killer Cuts "That's the Instinct!" (by Darth Nefelim, 9 Aug 2004) [8/10] That's really awesome one! The Legend from the old times when Rare became the Legend. a beautiful and attractive music for every day of your life. Various styles, unforgettable theme (The Instinct) and pure drive. Taste it now! If you can... (^_^) Psychic Force 2012: Arranged/Remixed tunes "Short but Incidental" (by Mr Ad, 9 Aug 2004) [7/10] Good tracks from the game, shame there weren't more of them (especially the credits bgm) but these tracks are great for incidental music and are tightly produced. Would score higher if there were more tracks. Second Samurai: Game rip "SECOND SAMU-RIGHT!!!" (by rathga23, 8 Aug 2004) [9/10] I went through a phase of just listening to game music when I was younger, rather than playing the things. Nothing prepared me for what I would find when I inserted the Second Samurai disk that had been kicking about in my collection for some time. Many fans of the game will remember the intro screen, can't remember exactly what it said but I can envisage some large red & green shapes bouncing in from the top of the screen. Boring huh? How many of you just hit the fire button to just get on with the game??? On this one occasion I did not, and all of a sudden a real cracker of a tune began. Filled with some of the most craziest of samples, I can remember showing this to my friend at the time and we'd end up jumping around the room throwing kung fu punches at each other. At one stage it became a ritual to listen to the whole tune before actually going ahead with the game itself! This tune is well worth a listen, if I could recommend a full and wholesome download go for this one - oh and just be patient with the gongy bit at the start! Crusader No Remorse: Game rip "THANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOU!" (by Grim Peeper, 7 Aug 2004) [10/10] Jesus christ on a stick, I've been looking for this music since forever. Best music to ever grace an action game on this earth. Rates right up there with the music from Planescape Torment. WEEEEEEEEEEEEE! THANK YOU AGAIN! Crackman 97: Arranged/Remixed tunes "Cracked up!" (by Dr. Spa, 7 Aug 2004) [7/10] Starts off well, the beginning is very annoying but it isnt that long and it'll soon pass over... After that it gets much much better, addding other instrements like the monobass and pizzacato and lots others. It turns into a really good old amiga peice! X-Wing: Game rip "disagree with above" (by si_camaro, 4 Aug 2004) [10/10] Maybe George Lucas wouldn't have approved with MIDI format for his movies, but if, like me, you EVER owned a copy of X-Wing, then download these right now! So many Ad-Lib memories....wap wap :D Duke Nukem 3D: Game rip "Great quality" (by Demoras, 4 Aug 2004) [9/10] The MIDI's are of great quality. I haven't noticed strange notes that spring out yet. Great use of instruments. Takes me right back to the time I used to play it a lot. Deus Ex: Game rip "Thanks a lot! :)" (by enderfield, 3 Aug 2004) [10/10] Right now i'm downloading the zip, but I don't have to hear the mp3s to know the subject :P. I've been trying to get this music in every way I could (even recording the main menu title through a microphone ;)), but nothing worked. Now I can listen to THE BEST GAME MUSIC I KNOW!! THX very, very much :D:D:D:D Starfox (Nintendo): Arranged/Remixed tunes "Full of stars!" (by Dr. Spa, 3 Aug 2004) [10/10] Very good quality music, I think the theme tune is the best, partly because it has so much acid remixes to it! There are so many tunes as well, you woudn't of been able to play the game without hearing a moment's silence. All the same, it is very good to convert them to XM or MADK-(MADK for PlayerPRO but always in your saving format eg. MadTracker = Mt2, and so on...). The thing is most ITs when played on a multi-tracker based program (one which opens all XM, MOD, IT, S3M, 669 etc..) it doesn't sound as good but when played on a tracker which opens only about 1, 2 or 3 formats like XM-Play of Impulse Tracker it sounds better. But with this, It doesn't matter at all! It just solunds its perfect self - Perfect action-packed tunes. (With memories stuffed in as well! :)) Super C: Arranged/Remixed tunes "I luv it as much as the MOD!" (by Dr. Spa, 3 Aug 2004) [10/10] Coool archive! Has nearly all of the stages and transitions - If you have played the game as I have - My faverite intellivision game - It as a MUST GET! It brings back all kinds of gamemusic memories of what Gamemusic used to sound like!! Level 1, Level 3 and Boss are probally the best! Level 1 - The one also in MOD version - is perfect, I mean nothing could improove this! Take a look and see! Level 3 has GREAT jungle rhythm to it, as being a jungle level it fits in superbly with the game! Boss just brings back memories. It sounds exactly like a mixture of how the arcade's used to sound like and what amusement arcade machines sound like now. A mixture of suspension and rock music. All in all if you don't get this you a missing out. Take a chance. Final Fantasy 2: Arranged/Remixed tunes "I just hope it was final!" (by Dr. Spa, 2 Aug 2004) [3/10] If you want better music look for it in FF9, FF8 or FF6. Whats wrong about this is that there are not much tunes to the game so its either "boss battle", "Join Them (themesong)" and "Castle" and alot more... The thing is is that these are just loads of remixes, worse still bad remixes. I hope it becomes unpopular on mirsoft. Rise of the Dragon, The: Game rip "Rise of the Dragon Game theme" (by roadpizza, 1 Aug 2004) [7/10] I always thought this was a neat little tune -- even though it's showing it's age it's still neat to hear. Thanks for the website. Rise of the Triad: Game rip "much yumminess here" (by negative tinkerbell, 1 Aug 2004) [8/10] iMO, this is some ov robert prince's best work. there's a lot ov variation between songs, but most ov them are rather moody and oppressive--perfect for a game where you have to stop a sinister cult. Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon: Arranged/Remixed tunes "Very Good!" (by Satoshi, 1 Aug 2004) [10/10] These MIDIs are so good, never seen anything like that... That reminded me when I played that game for the first time... So cool... That's a good choice... Download now! Little Big Adventure: Game rip "search for it" (by titmouse, 30 Jul 2004) [10/10] this are the best soundtracks I ever listened Crusader: No Regret: Game rip "I was waiting it for years..." (by titmouse, 30 Jul 2004) [10/10] I searched full version of Crusader 2 because of great music in the first part. Now I have game with ripped music and soundtracks with ripped game :) Does anyone knows any soundtracks of the same authors? Final Fantasy 5: Arranged/Remixed tunes "THE IS FLOWING!" (by djDarkX, 30 Jul 2004) [10/10] The first piece I would like to point out is Terha Uzyn, A New Origin! I LOVE this piece as he has put a lot of work into it. My favorite part is the Harp and Flute solo. The only downfall was the samples he was using. Love the song, but he needed better samples, so I decided I would improve on it. Of course, I didn't wanna realse it unless I had his approval. If anyone wants to hear what it sounds like with new samples, go to my site and listen to the demo! :) Other than that, I like the other MODs in here as well. Good job to everyone for a great soundtrack. Love the Neo Ex-Death Battle theme. Anyways, Laterz~ y'all! djDarkX Football Glory: Game rip "F00TBALL!!" (by Dr. Spa, 30 Jul 2004) [7/10] Sounds like music to a very old game, as this is the medley of "As the saints go marvhing in". A nice remix of it with nice synthy samples. Not really like football but maybe ok for menu music ya know...
