Elder Scrolls: Morrowind, The: Original soundtrack
"It revives" (by Darth Nefelim, 14 Sep 2004) [7/10]
Another musical composition by Jeremy Soule. I heard it after SW:KotOR and suddenly catch myself at a strange feeling I've already heard this music. That's right, tunes are quite simular in both games. :) I call it "the composer's feature". This soundtrack has only one great failing - it's too short!!!

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic: Fan soundtrack
"Order in the Galaxy" (by Darth Nefelim, 14 Sep 2004) [8/10]
Gratefully, the developers decided to create new music themes for this game instead the classic motives. We all respect the creative genius of John Williams, but we also know his music too good. Jeremy Soule has made his work perfectly. The whole music is rather nice and well stylized background the Universe. It will be hard to remember at least one theme after playing a game, that's a minus, but did ya expect Jeremy will beat John, huh?! :)

Colonization: Game rip
"Miraculous" (by casual ties, 12 Sep 2004) [10/10]
Unbelievable

I'd been playing for years with no sound.

My life is complete

Thanks!!!!!!!

Silent Hill: Original soundtrack
"You will love or hate this" (by Pyramid Head, 12 Sep 2004) [7/10]
First - If you want to like this soundtrack, you have to play this game. Without this, you will be discouraged to this music.
So, what we have here? The 3/4 of this soundtrack is the scary ambient music. There are so many tunes, but they're short and very similiar. When you listened this music in game many times, you will easily asociate tunes with locations and moments. The rest part of this OST are SILENT HILL Theme, four tunes from ending (TEARS OF..., KILLING TIME, SHE and ESPERANDOTE with beautiful Rika Muranaka voice) and bloopers music - SILENT HILL (OTHERSIDE).
If you loved SILENT HILL, you will love this soundtrack too. But, if you never played this game, you'll hate this.

1942: Arranged/Remixed tunes
"Below average" (by abelkadabel, 10 Sep 2004) [3/10]
Although I loved the soundtrack while playing this classic on my c64, I have to say that this tune are a bit below average.

Lotus Turbo Challenge 2: Game rip
"Lotus 2 - as good as it gets!!!" (by abelkadabel, 10 Sep 2004) [10/10]
A classic. The intro is simply brilliant!!! The Liverpool rmx kicks ass

Out Run: Arranged/Remixed tunes
"Outrun - oh yes!" (by abelkadabel, 10 Sep 2004) [10/10]
This is beyond nice - this is world class!! Check out the tune "Outrun 2000 rmx" - you're gonna love it....

Crash Bandicoot: Arranged/Remixed tunes
"$$$ CASH BANDICOOT $$$" (by Dr. Spa, 10 Sep 2004) [6/10]
As you may know my real name is Jake Cracknell - I am the one who made these songs. In my opinion - there the first real songs I've ever made, let me go through them:

Boulders (Island 1, Level 4) is a complex tune with lots of toms and drums. It doesn't have much, rhythm but it has a fair melody. Ok to listen to.

I think you'd find Jungle Rollers (Island 1, Stage 2) to be complete VICE-VERCA.

I give this a 6/10

Mega Man X4: Arranged/Remixed tunes
"MegaMushroomMan!!" (by Dr. Spa, 9 Sep 2004) [7/10]
The song I have uploaded here is called "Split Mushroom Stage". I downloaded it originally from the music archive on The Megaman Website. Most of the people there like it - I do too, but if it could of been a bit louder I'd give it an 8/10. Well done anyway No more Jetboards. If you like this tune check out the Magnet Man remix on Megaman lll which is also by No more Jetboards.

Ms. Pacman: Arranged/Remixed tunes
"Ms Pacman" (by Dr. Spa, 9 Sep 2004) [6/10]
The song (if you can call it a song) is although only 6 seconds long is quite nice - a real kind of NES effect. I think that you should only download it if you like NES remixes.

Doom 3: Game rip
"What I have to say?" (by Pyramid Head, 9 Sep 2004) [6/10]
Only one normal tune in this soundtrack is a "DOOM 3 Theme". Cool heavy metal piece with lots of guitars. The "Credits" is just shorter version of theme song. Other tunes are short music cues (Except "Intro")

Doom 3: Game rip
"Unimpressed" (by Darth Nefelim, 9 Sep 2004) [5/10]
Weell, there is nothing to review - only one serious theme (Doom 3 Theme) is available. And a plenty of ambiental backgrounds. Actually, you don't need music in Doom, you need a shotgun! Where the hell is Bobby Prince?! Bring him back!

Need for Speed 3: Hot Pursuit: Game rip
"Pell-mell" (by Darth Nefelim, 8 Sep 2004) [5/10]
As for me, composers have gone too far with music style attributes - there're either too much of rock (often noisy and dull) or to much acid. It's not the best soundtrack of the whole series overall, but some tracks are wonderfully beautiful.

Need For Speed 2: Original soundtrack
"Speed ya up!" (by Darth Nefelim, 8 Sep 2004) [7/10]
Extremely worthy soundtrack for such a puny game. All tracks are different and non-boring, some of them are really great.

Unreal Tournament 2004: Game rip
"THIS ROCKS!!!" (by Pyramid Head, 8 Sep 2004) [10/10]
I loved music from UNREAL TOURNAMENT 2003, and with release of UNREAL TOURNAMENT 2004 game, Kevin Riepl, Starsky Partridge and Will Nevins comes with more of great music! OK. Techno pieces composed by Partridge is not fantastic, but not dissapointing. But, the tunes composed by Riepl and Nevins are COOL! They mixed many styles of music (Orchestra, eerie choirs, heavy battle rhymes, techno etc.) and effects are GRE... No, not great. FANTASTIC! UNREAL TOURNAMENT 2003/2004 soundtrack is a MASTERPIECE! Don't wait, go to GRAWL'S FTP and download this!!!

Hitman: Codename 47: Game rip
"For fans of electronic music..." (by Pyramid Head, 7 Sep 2004) [7/10]
In many, many tunes you can hear electronic beats and drones. This soundtrack sounds, like has been composed in tracker. But, it's not a minus.
In tracks from Hong Kong and Columbia there's no electronic beats (OK, except PABLO'S CAMP). Almost all tracks from Budapest Hotel and Rotterdam are placid ambient tunes. Only BORIS SHIP is dynamic techno track, and reminds me music from night club. I think the most gloomy is penultimate tune in this soundtrack - SANITARIUM BASEMENT.
So, if you like techno mixed with ambient, you will like this soundtrack too.

Deus Ex: Redsun 2020: Game rip
"Good, but not great" (by Pyramid Head, 7 Sep 2004) [7/10]
Action of REDSUN 2020 takes in Japan, so it's an oriental soundtrack. The tunes have been created in MODPLUG Tracker, and converted to MP3 (If you don't believe me, download REDSUN 2020 mod and explore MUSIC folder).
This soundtrack is nice, but not extraordinary - You will hear oriental beats, sometimes guitar, sometimes electronic drone (Especially Yokotani Bank and Otemachi Labs pieces). So, if you like oriental instrument mixed with techno music, download it.

Agony: Game rip
"Pero-Fotar" (by Pero-Fotar, 7 Sep 2004) [9/10]
This music is really awesome. Really nice and powerfull orchestral and ambiental music. My favourite tunes are ingame tunes made by Jeroen Tel.
Pero-Fotar (CyberpunX)

True Love: Game rip
"Pero-Fotar" (by Pero-Fotar, 7 Sep 2004) [8/10]
This music is really beautiful. It's so warm, emotional and romantic. I remember when I finished to play this game I recorded all tunes in audio CD, so I can enjoyed in this music everywhere. The music from Hentai games is really good. The composers of True Love tunes are Ichiro Moegi and Yoichi Iwasaki. Trust me I check the credits on the end of the game.
Pero-Fotar (CyberpunX)

Croc: Legend of the Gobbos: Game rip
"Wheeeee!.." (by Darth Nefelim, 6 Sep 2004) [7/10]
Nice kiddish music, good for relaxing after playing Doom 3! :) Yes, it's really nice, but there are not so much themes, but a plenty of their various arrangements.
