Facts / description

Info from Dan about Full Throttle composers:

Michael Z Land composed half of the music of the game Full Throttle (PC-DOS 1995 CD-ROM) created by LucasArts. This is a professional MIDI music recorded by the composer and delivered in digital 22khz stereo in the game. The game team nicknamed him "Mr big music" in the credits since it is orchestral and cartoon music both. The other half of the music was recorded from a hard rock band "The gone Jackals" (and can be found on their audio CD "bone to pick"). Despistes the MIDI sound was not that good in 1995, M.Land managed to cope with the big noise of the Gone Jackals without being a ludicrous MIDI music in comparison to the real hardrock band, this was quite an achievement!

Source: the game credits, and a good knowledge of the game and its music files, from which I extracted the two kinds of digital music, gone Jackals and Michael Land, to listen to them out of the game.

Other tools

Generate info.txt - with this cool feature you can generate the info.txt file with all tune information and save it somewhere, which means you'll have something like "tune ID card"! :) This has cool advantages - it's small, fastly readable/editable, you can add it to the tune archive if you want and you will have everytime fast information about the game and music archive. Also programs which support reading from txt files (such as KBMedia Player) can read the info.txt file directly while playing tunes of all formats!
