Facts / description

When Bjorn Lynne set out to make his first trance album under the artist name DIVINORUM, he decided right from the start to make it something a little bit special. The result is "Isms", a warmer and more emotional trance / goatrance album than most of us are used to. At the core of this highly ethnic sounding album is a deep entrancing grooe, laishly textured with middle-eastern oices, instruments and percussion. Sure, there are plenty of relentless and unforgiing trancey goa-beats, ocoders and quirky synths - but there is also an element of life on this album... a certain warning and brooding nere, brought on by the use of lie instruments and breathing, flowing, warm textures. All in all, "Isms" is an album that is equally suitable for the alternatie dance floor, as just sitting back and enjoying the trip for good or for bad - a trancey musical journey to the middle east.
