Facts / description

This CD plays for 74 minutes and is a precious collection of the most dearly beloed pieces of music from the Amiga demo scene. Do you remember such musicians as Romeo Knight, Dr.Awesome, 4-Mat, Audiomonster, Jogeir Liljedahl, and many more, well this CD is quite simply a priceless gem which features the best work of all these, and many more musicians. This is not a CDROM with mod-files stored on it, this is a normal audio music-CD to play in a normal music CD-player. If you are (or were) a fan of Amiga-music at it's ery best, you simply cannot lie without this CD. A few words about the "Amiga scene": Released in the middle 80's, the AMIGA computer is still considered among the finest personal computers in the world. Its high quality sound and graphics mixed with an affordable price gae the computer a long-lasting reputation among both professional and 'common' users. The potential of the Amiga was early discoered and people began to use it for creatie work, such as programming, composing and drawing. Indiiduals joined forces and shared their work, huge networks emerged and demos raged around the globe. A new concept was born: the "AMIGA SCENE" - a moement that still exists and expands eery day. How this CD was created: Naturally, the only technical equipment used when constructing this disc, from scratch to finish, has only been pure Amiga hard- and software. The reason for this has not merely been the fact that this CD is a tribute to the Amiga itself, but also because it actually was the best way of producing it. There was neer any staration for other equipment. Tunes are from Amiga version.
