Facts / description

I've not listened this soundtrack very exactly, but I perceived few things:
-Track "One's Weaker Self" is just the longer version of "Prayer" from original soundtrack (+35 seconds).
-Track "Patchwork Heaven" is just the shorter version of "Innocent Moon" (-15 seconds) without piano
-The songs "Daddy is the Coolest" and "Silent Hill Song" are from UFO Ending
