These MIDs are roughly...
 - 82 % are based on SFC version.
 - 15 % are based on PS1/PSP version (extra tracks, instruments and drumkits).
 - 3 % are based on GBA version (extra track, instruments, theme song melody).

Some instruments have been changed where the default instrument was a machine
sound. These have been replaced with an instrument from either PS1 version or
what I thought was appropriate. Panning is based on SFC version, with extra
panning information from PS1 version, which I've reversed to match
SFC version.

I was hoping to insert these MIDs into Tales of Phantasia: Cross Edition or
create an MSU-1 patch for the original Tales of Phantasia (to use with sd2snes
or higan), but maybe someone else will do those as I were unable to find
a programmer and started to lack motivation along the way when building
the sound library.

I'd like to thank the following people...

ValleyBell - VGMRIPS @ http://vgmrips.net
^ For creating top2mid to extract MIDs from the SPC files, without him this
would not been possible.

kuzu - Sekaiju @ http://openmidiproject.sourceforge.jp/
^ For creating very useful free sequencer, also available in English.

Datschge - SNESmusic.org @ http://snesmusic.org/v2/
^ A living database of Tales, Wolf Team and Sakuraba information.

Thanks to everyone who have been supporting Tales series throughout the years.
Let's hope Bandai Namco keeps localizing more games and bringing them to PC, too.

Happy Tales of series' 20th Anniversary on December 15th, 2015. :)
