  • "Official Largest Archive on Mirsoft and only 4MB" (by Dr. Spa, 21 May 2008) [7/10]
If you are a fan of Runescape, you'll be pleased to get these 643 MIDI tunes. There are some great melodies in there which will certainly be a BIG addition to your collection.

Note: The unzipped archive is 5 times the zipped version.

  • "where do i save to?" (by warchamp, 22 Dec 2008) [7/10]

  • "The perfect collection of original Runescape Music" (by qwert123, 5 Apr 2009) [9/10]
This collection is most excellent. it includes ALL of the original music. Plus it has all the musical fanfares as well. perfect.

  • "All here, and in MIDI? Awesome. Simply awesome." (by Phyto, 3 Jun 2009) [10/10]
I'll tell you this, I'm glad I found this archive. All of this Runescape music is simply terrific, and hearing it in the glorious MIDI I used to listen to this music in is such a pleasant nostalgic feeling. You see, before I quit playing a few years ago, Jagex switched the in-game music format to something else that just didn't work as well -- especially for my favorite piece, Fruits de Mer. I'm not sure if Jagex still uses that format, but who cares? Having the MIDIs I loved is pure, simple euphoria.

  • "RS Music" (by itapa, 7 Aug 2010) [10/10]
That's awesome. I have an archive of .mid music which contains 416 in-game music and 228 effects.

You have 415 pieces of in-game music and 228 Effects.

    looks like you're missing something.

PM me if you want more info ;)

  • "Amazed to find this!!" (by Polliechrome, 16 Dec 2013) [10/10]
I am so thankful to have found the original Runscape midis. What a blast from the past! I loved this music when my son and I played RS. What good times, nostalgic is right.

Other tools

Generate info.txt - with this cool feature you can generate the info.txt file with all tune information and save it somewhere, which means you'll have something like "tune ID card"! :) This has cool advantages - it's small, fastly readable/editable, you can add it to the tune archive if you want and you will have everytime fast information about the game and music archive. Also programs which support reading from txt files (such as KBMedia Player) can read the info.txt file directly while playing tunes of all formats!
